Sports
Guru Nanak College also promotes sports which is an essential part of student’s life. College also provides the fee concession to the achievers in sports and extra-curricular activities.
The college offers various Sports and Games to the students in order to make contingents for participation in Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar intercollege competitions.
- These sports include Football, Cricket, Volleyball, Handball, Badminton, Boxing, Wrestling, Tug of War, Kabaddi and all the events of Athletics and Track and Field. In June, 2014 a residential Football Academy was registered with Punjab Football Association.
- College has outdoor games with different play grounds, indoor gymnasium with badminton, wrestling and boxing courts.
- Outdoor games Football, Cricket, Tug of war, Volleyball, Kho-Kho, as well as running tracks.
- College also has a sports hostel which can be occupied by the players and good meal and healthy diet is also provided to the players by the college.
